CANDLE MEMORY - Set the memory of your candles by burning the candle to the edges on the first burn. if you don’t burn the candle to the edge on it’s first burn it will only ever burn up to the point you last burnt it and then will continue to burn downwards. burning to the edges on the first burn will ensure you get the longest life span out of your candle.
CANDLE MEMORY FIX - If you've already fallen victim to not setting your candle memory, and are dealing with uneven wax buildup along the outer edges of your candle jar, this can be fixed. cut a sizable piece of tin foil and fold it lengthwise three or four times to form a long rectangular shape. Wrap this tightly around the exterior of your candle jar and leave it in place as the candle burns. You'll soon enjoy a beautifully even candle glowing once again.
WICK TRIMMING - Ensuring the wick is properly trimmed before each burn promotes a clean and uniform burn. Trimming the wick helps prevent rapid burning, excessive soot, thereby prolonging the candle's longevity. this will also maximize the candle's lifespan by optimizing its burn quality.
EXTINGUISHING CANDLES - Avoid blowing out candles this can create smoke and cause hot wax to splatter. Instead, use a snuffer or a wick dipper to gently extinguish the flame without disturbing the wax pool.
STORING CANDLES - to get the longest lifespan out of your candle, store them for future use by... keeping the lid on the jar once extinguished keeping the candle away from heat sources store the candle away from sunlight areas store candle away from humid areas (bathrooms ect.)
AVOID DRAFTY POSITIONS - While your candle may enhance the aesthetics of your home near an open window, this picturesque location could diminish its longevity. air currents can lead to an uneven burn, so we advise to position your candles away from draft-prone areas in your home. If you're outdoors, take precautions as the wind may extinguish the flame or cause it to topple over.
STRAIGHTEN YOUR WICK - perhaps one of the simplest of tips, ensure your wick is straight before each burn. As wicks burn, they have a tendency to bend. Therefore, straighten them out before lighting to ensure an even burn. Burning the wick in an upright position aids in consistent burning and prevents the undesirable outcome of an uneven burn, which results in wasted candle wax. Let's avoid that scenario altogether.
CAP YOUR BURN TIME - an important safety reminder: jar candles have a tendency to explode when left burning for extended periods. Disregarding this advice not only risks losing your candle but also jeopardizes your home and belongings. Remember, it's always better to prioritize safety over regrets!
CLEANING YOUR JAR - If you've reached the bottom of your candle jar, congratulations! Instead of discarding the jar with the remaining layer of unburned wax, try pouring some boiling water into the vessel. This will soften the wax, making it simple to remove. You can then reuse the glass jars for various purposes, such as planting succulents, storing hair ties, or anything else you fancy.
Our 300g candles have an approximate burn time of 45 hours, offering you extended enjoyment. For the best performance and to ensure an even burn, your candle’s first burn should last about 4 hours or until the wax melts completely to the edge of the container. This helps prevent tunneling and promotes a longer, more efficient burn.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
